Michael Fitzsimons
Before qualifying as a solicitor and trademark attorney in 2005, Michael worked in business for companies like Paddy Power and Shell Australasia. This business background provides a true insight into the type of practical legal and ip advice clients want.
Michael has practised as a commercial solicitor for Ivor Fitzpatrick & Company and as a commercial and litigation specialist with Rennick Solicitors in Dunboyne and personal injury and tribunal specialists, Fitzsimons Redmond in Dublin. Michael is also a qualified English and Welsh solicitor, where he advises on UK trademark applications and disputes.

Michael is a graduate of Commerce from UCD (1994), a post-graduate of Marketing from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business (1995) and holds UCD’s professional diploma in arbitration.
